Free costs nothing and never asks for a card, so there’s nothing to refund.
Twincode Plus, when it arrives
- 14-day money-back on every plan. If Plus isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund you in full.
- Cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops future payments.
- Your price never goes up while you stay subscribed.
- Nothing is locked or deleted when Plus ends. Your codes and your exports stay free.
- Never a weekly plan.
We’ll add the details, such as how renewals work, before Plus goes on sale.
Asking for a refund
Email support@gettwincode.com from the address you paid with, and say which payment it’s about. You don’t need to give a reason.
Your legal rights
This promise is on top of your rights under UK consumer law. It doesn’t replace or reduce them.
